Diagnosis-Order rules are rules which are triggerred by assignment of certain diagnosis or presence or absence of certain order. The order time may be identical or in certain temporal relationship to the diagnosis time.

Diagnosis: Fracture in women aged 67+

Order: Bone mineral density test within 6 months after the fracture
