Lorenzo patient record systems was a health record system developed in the United Kingdom and launched June 2010. It is currently dismantled and is largely regarded as one of the most expensive IT failures in Healthcare.

Introduction

Lorenzo's systems offically went live on June 1, 2010 at its first trust in Morecambe Bay.
