MediTouch EHR was developed by HealthFusion, Inc., a software company founded in 1998 at San Diego, California by two primary care physicians. MediTouch was one of the first 5 pure ambulatory EHRs to achieve 2014 certification and it ranks in the top 10% of all EHRs that have had at least one successful Meaningful Use attestation. HealthFusion's MediTouch EHR 4.0 2014 Edition was certified in June 2013. MediTouch was ranked as a Top 3 electronic health record (EHR) for Clinical Quality and Support in the Medical Economics' National Provider Survey.[1]
