There are three broad categories of support offered:
- Business services - Revenue cycle management, Insurance and Administrative [2]
- Consulting Services – Revenue cycle consulting, Clinical consulting and IT consulting [3]
- Managed IT Services - Cloud computing, Backup and Recovery, Collaboration and Connectivity, Security services, Systems management, and Help desk [4]
