I am currently working in clinical research at Johns Hopkins SOM Radiology department. I have been involved with Epic Go Live implementation support to ambulatory & inpatient providers at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and its affiliated clinic(s).

As a Research Program Manager, I manage and coordinate day to day business operation of the entire research lab and its affiliated labs to make sure project deliverable are done per JHU IRB guideline and according to client’s specifications (for Pharma industry sponsored studies). Our research is primarily focused in Neurology-Psychiatry-Nuclear Medicine area and we follow standard GCP guideline and ICH6 practices. I have been involved in each step of research life cycle; participate in protocol development process, study budget, setting up study coordination and related workflow for the study team including with our collaborators (JHU/NIH/CRO and sponsors).

I have been the lead person to initiate RED CAP database into our research environment and have build multiple research database(s) as well supervised the build process. As per my administrative and managerial duties I have been involved in hiring, coaching and firing of postdoctoral fellow MD/PhD, senior and junior research staff.

I am a foreign medical graduate and have a master’s degree in management (major in Management Information System) from University of Maryland University College (UMUC), College park Maryland and planning to move to bioinformatics environment and taking post bachelors courses in clinical informatics at Johns Hopkins.
