Gina Adair, M.D. is Board-certified in Family Medicine for 11 years and currently works at Kaiser Permanente in Northern California. She works as a Department Technical Lead, training new physicians and improving physician and staff efficiences in computer workflows in her department. She has trained physicians with their medical assistants to work together to provider better service and quality to their patients through Kaiser's Medical Assistant and Physicians' Partners University (MAPP U) program and trained physicians on using Kaiser's PROMPT system, which is used for quality measure patient inreach and outreach. She also serves as a quality champion in tobacco and depression management and works as a liaison with the Adult and Family Medicine Department and the Emergency Department. She acts as a physician mentor in the Physician Mentoring Program of the Central Valley area for new physicians, and is obtaining a graduate certificate in Biomedical Informatics at Oregon Health and Science University. In her spare time, she spends it with her family, cooking, baking and creating a garden with her husband and daughter and serving in her church.
