MOHAMMED M. ABDELAZIZ, MBBS, MPH, FACP, FHM Dr. Mohammed Abdelaziz earned his medical degree from the University of Khartoum, Sudan, in 2005. He completed an Internal Medicine residency from Wright State University in Dayton, OH. He also earned a Master’s in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. He has been a practicing hospitalist in the Dayton area since 2012. He was elected as a fellow to the American College of Physicians and Society of hospital Medicine. Dr. Abdelaziz is a first year Clinical Informatics fellow at Kettering Health, Dayton, OH.
