The authors present a case study of an acutal redesign project, elaborating on each step in the process.  The salient point throughout the case study and paper is that the design and evaluation
is user-centric.  Each step incorporates user experience or user needs.

=== Discussion and Conclusion ===

Redesigning a system isnt the ideal scenario, as it is much more difficult and costly to redesign than to use the user-centric design methods to begin with. However, the authors do show how
a redesign project can be successful.

=== Comments ===

The authors did a great job explaining design methods and evaluation criteria for health care informatics.  A little dated, maybe, because the paper 
is from 2004, but that makes it more interesting in that even considering design and technology advances in the last decade, the content here is still very relevant.
