Post-live Physician Training & Support

I've found that super-users are better than vendor resources for post go-live support. We have several MD's in each service who have been very involved in the rollouts and in helping us with details that affect their workflows. They've also been very effective in training and providing on-site support for the attendings - housestaff have picked things up very quickly!
