Frances Hsu is a National Library of Medicine pre-doctoral fellow in Health and Clinical Informatics major. She received a BS in Biochemistry & Cell Biology and MS in Bioscience and Health Policy from Rice University. Prior to joining the HCI program, Frances participated in several systematic reviews and the development of the PTSD-repository. Her research interests include re-use of EHR data, patient-centered outcomes, and precision medicine.
